Thus, the Pemcor Paddlers Dragon Boat Team was founded, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the world of dragon boat racing.

The birth of the Pemcor Paddlers Dragon Boat Team in September 2019 marked a significant milestone in the dragon boat sports scene in the Philippines. Recognizing the potential of the team, they wasted no time in joining the prestigious Philippine Dragon Boat Federation (PDBF), a move that would prove pivotal in their growth and development. The year 2022 saw the Pemcor Paddlers Dragon Boat Team take their commitment to the next level. In May of that year, they made the strategic decision to broaden their involvement by joining the Philippine Canoe Kayak and Dragon Boat Federation (PCKDF). This expansion not only reflected the team’s dedication to diversify their racing experiences but also highlighted their readiness to take on new challenges and excel in different water sports disciplines.

Since its inception, the Pemcor Paddlers Dragon Boat Team has become a force to be reckoned with in various dragon boat races across the Philippines. With unwavering dedication and rigorous training, the team members have consistently demonstrated their prowess on the water, clinching victory after victory. Their participation in different dragon boat races, organized by both PDBF and PCKDF, has showcased their versatility and determination to continuously raise the bar of their performance.

And on January 13, 2024, the Pemcor Paddlers returned to PDBF. We are looking forward to making new history and embarking on a meaningful and purposeful journey in 2024 and beyond!
